Who We Are
SafeBet Football is an independent football analytics and prediction service founded in 2024 by a small group of statisticians, software engineers, and former football coaches who shared one frustration: the public tipster space is full of bold claims and almost no transparency.
We started SafeBet Football to do the opposite. Every prediction we publish is logged with the date it was issued, the odds at the time, and the eventual outcome. Wins and losses are both visible. We believe a service that hides its losing picks is not a service worth paying for, and we hold ourselves to that standard publicly.
What We Do
We produce daily statistical previews and predictions for football matches across more than 60 leagues worldwide, from the major European competitions down to second and third tier leagues that are often poorly covered by mainstream media. Our coverage includes:
- Match outcome predictions (1X2)
- Total goals markets (Over/Under 1.5, 2.5, 3.5)
- Both Teams To Score (BTTS) analysis
- Double chance and draw-no-bet edges
- Long-term trend reports for individual clubs and leagues
How Our Predictions Are Built
Each prediction is generated by combining three layers:
1. The statistical model. We maintain rolling expected-goals (xG) and expected-goals-against (xGA) profiles for every team in our coverage. The model adjusts for opponent strength, home/away splits, recent form windows of 5, 10 and 20 matches, and rest days. It produces a probability distribution over possible scorelines for each fixture.
2. Market context. Modeled probabilities are then compared against current bookmaker odds. We only flag a pick as a recommended play when the model implies meaningful value relative to the available price; if the market has already priced in our edge, we stay out.
3. Human review. Models do not see suspensions, injuries to key creators, weather disruption, or fixture-congestion rotation. Before publishing, every shortlisted pick is reviewed by a human analyst who can demote or remove a selection if context the model is blind to suggests the edge is illusory.
What We Are Not
We are not a bookmaker, an affiliate of any single bookmaker, or a casino. We are not a financial-advice service. We do not offer guaranteed wins, and we do not sell "fixed match" information — sites that claim to do so are running a scam, and we strongly advise readers to avoid them.
Football is inherently uncertain. Even the strongest statistical model loses individual bets, and any responsible service has losing weeks. Our long-term goal is to provide picks where, over hundreds of plays, the average return is positive — not to win every individual match.

The subscription cost funds the data feeds, infrastructure, and analyst time required to keep the service running independently — we are not advertising-funded, which means our recommendations are never influenced by which bookmaker pays us the most.
